About Me
Registered Counsellor | Creating Calm in the Chaos | Playful Spirit, Professional Backbone
I am a Registered Counsellor, a wife, a mother and each of these roles has shaped how I show up in my work. I care deeply about people and believe that feeling heard, supported, and understood is the foundation of meaningful change.
For the past nine years, I have worked at Community Keepers, an NPO delivering psycho-social services in vulnerable communities across South Africa. This experience strengthened my clinical skill set and grounded me in work that is practical, relational, and deeply human. It also clarified my purpose: to be a steady presence for people navigating emotional strain, transition, and uncertainty.
My style is warm, compassionate, playful, and insightful. I value humour and authenticity, alongside structure and clarity. In sessions, I aim to create a space that feels calm, predictable, and containing - where the weight you carry can ease and breathing can feel a little easier. I balance creativity and playfulness with thoughtful guidance and direction, drawing on years of experience in leadership, planning, and people management.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents, adapting my approach to each person’s developmental stage, needs, and circumstances. Whether you are supporting a child with big feelings, navigating a life transition, managing workplace pressure, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.
